There are still design details out there, and on new cars. You’re more likely to find them called “Easter eggs” nowadays. F-150 headlamps that have the “F-150” logo on the face of the projector (and other Fords, apparently the Edge and Explorer do too), and the 2005’s GT’s 100 shape and current GT’s GT in the LEDs,, the many Jeep throwbacks/tributes, Jaguar’s J-shaped LEDs, the spider on the inside of the XC90’s storage bin, etc.
